No Collection Charge will be levied on Local cheques/drafts. Postage will be charged extra as per extant instructions. Exemptions of collection charge, will continue for our Bank staff, freedom fighters, Govt. Departments/Institutions and on salary bills of teachers and other staff of Govt. aided/non Govt. Secondary schools. Cheques issued by GOI in respect of grants released from the P.M. Relief fund to the State Govt., Distt. Magistrates etc. will be collected without levy of any service charges and credit to be given immediately 'at per'. Only postage to be recovered.

Standing Instructions
No amount will be charged for transaction within the branch for compliance of S.I. Rs. 110/- per transaction for other S.I.
Disbursement of other payments through the account of customer; Rs. 2/- per credit entry. These charges shall be debited to the A/c from which the amount is transferred only if other branch is involved.
Government transactions and Teachers salaries of the schools/colleges etc. will be exempted from the prescribed transfer charges of Rs. 2/- per credit entry.

Issue of Cheques/cheque books.
Cheque Book @ Rs. 2.00 per cheque leaf in SB & CA First 25 cheque Book leaves free for Indivdual S.B. & C.A. customers in a year.
Not leviable to members of staff and Government departments.

Charges for excess debits in SB A/C (above 50 withdrawls per half year)
Rs. 10/- per entry (For entries over 30 per ½ year.)
- No charges for Staff accounts.
- If average monthly balance in any A/c is more than Rs. 50000/- No charges will be levied.

Priority Sector: NIL Other than priority sector Rs. 150/- per certificate.

Ledger Folio charges
For CA/CC/OD A/cs. No charges will be levied upto 150 entries in a year. Over 150 entries Rs. 1/- per entry will be charged.
Not applicable to staff, Govt. Accounts, School/College Accounts & Individual Current Accounts.
If average monthly balance in any A/c is more than Rs. 100000/- no charges will be levied.

Loan Processing charges
(i) Upto 25000/- NIL
(ii) Rs. 25001/- to 5.00 lacs 0.25% of loan amount. Min. Rs. 200/-
(iii) Above 5 lacs Rs. 0.20% of loan amount min. Rs. 1250/-
No. charges to be levied for loans against our own deposits. NSCs. KVPs all Govt. sponsored schemes. SHG & staff loans.

Inspection charges
- SHG, SGSY & Staff Loans- No charges
- For all other loan upto
Rs. 25000/- NIL
Rs.25001 to Rs. 2.00 lacs Rs. 500/-
Above Rs. 2.00 lacs Rs. 500/- per lacs.
For SC/ST borrowers: 50% of charges will be levied.

Minimum balance charges on Current A/cs.
Individuals & Others:
Min. Balance to be maintained Rs. 1000/-, Rs. 300/- per quarter to be charged for non maintaining the minimum average quarterly balance.
Govt. A/cs. Staff A/cs, School & College A/c will be exempted from service charges.
Senior citizen & pensioners will be charged 50% of the prescribed rates.

Minimum balance charges on operative Saving Bank a/cs.
With cheque book facility:
Min. balance to be maintained Rs. 500/-
Rs. 50 will be charged per quarter for not maintaining minimum average quarterly balance.
Without cheque book facility:
Min. balance to be maintained to Rs. 250/-
RS. 25/will be charged per quarter for not maintaining minimum average quarterly balance.
- Govt. Account, Staff Account, School/College Accounts, No Frills Accounts will be exempted.
- Senior Citizen & pensioners will be charged 50% of the prescribed rates.

Account Closure before 12 months.

Rs. 150/- per account for Individuals
Rs. 500/- per account for Corporate
Not payable if it is being transferred between our branches. Not applicable for No Frills Account

Duplicate Passbook/CA Statement
(i) With latest balance Rs.50/-
(ii) Rs. 50/- per ledger folio
(40 entries) for previous entry.

Staff accounts will be exempted from charges.

Service charge in case of inoperative A/c-SB & CA
No Service Charges if stipulated min balance requirement is complied in the Account.
Rs. 75/- per annum if balance is less than stipulated minimum balance
If the balance is less than Rs. 75/- A/c to be closed and advised to the customer.
Staff accounits & No Frills Account will be exempted from charges.
