Highlights of Performance during the year 2010-11

01. Business growth of Rs. 943 crore. Deposits (Rs. 526 crore), Advances (Rs. 417 crore).

02. Record growth of 33.49% in Advances.

03. Market share - Advances 25.46% (increase of 458 basis point), Deposits 14.55% (increase of 8 basis point).

04. C D ratio improved to 47.35% as on 31.03.2011 from 41.72% last year.

05. Gross NPA reduced from 5.20% to 4.11% & Net NPA from 3.16% to 2.43%.

06. 154447 GPOs Amounting to Rs. 882 crore issued during the year earning a commission of Rs. 2.20 crore.

07. In CGTMSE we were No.1 among all RRBs in the country as on 31.03.2010. We retain the No.1 position as on 31.03.2011.

08. For quick sanction of KCC loans 7 CPCs established, one in each district. One additional CPC in Gorakhpur for Retail & SME Loans.

09. For providing Banking services to villagers at their doorstep 318000 smart cards were issued through BCs in 3 Districts.

10. Opened 40 new Branches and upgraded 5 Extension counters thus taking the tally of Branches to 380.

11. In SBI Life we are No.1 amongst all SBI Group Sponsored RRBs.

12. Rs 12.50 crore new business premium in SBI Life giving about Rs. 84 lac as commission.

13. 8 CIFs has achieved the MDRT level during the calendar year 2010.

1 CIF has achieved the MDRT level within three months during this calendar year 2011.

14. Established our own Training Centre "Gyanodya Kendra" at Gorakhpur.

15. Recruitment of 149 Office Assistants and 73 Officers completed this year

16. Promotion in all Cadres and Scales effected this year.

17. All Cash/CNTR entries in CBS are tallied as on 31.03.2011.

18. Printing of circulars is dispensed with an environment friendly gesture and circulars and important information is shared with Branches/offices through Network.

19. Net Profit of Rs. 25.29 crore despite payment of arrears on account of wage revision wef 01.11.2007.
